About Us

Classy Nature was created to provide stylish, eco-friendly clothing and accessories for men, women, and children. Too often, fashions characterized as natural or organic are uncomfortable and lack modern style and elegance. At Classy Nature, we offer trendy and attractive pants, dresses, t-shirts, shirts, skirts, and jewelry which are constructed from minimally processed, earth and people friendly materials, including organic cotton, soy, organic hemp, and sustainable bamboo.  Our beautiful jewelry are generally created with fair trade metals and recycled sterling silver.

We are committed to helping our customers protect the earth by providing natural, pesticide free products made of renewable resources. Our goal is to invest in the good health of our customers by rejecting fabrics which may be harmful to their families and destructive to our environment, while maintaining our standards of natural and organic style.

Classy Nature is located in the picturesque town of Snohomish, Washington, nestled in the foothills of the Cascade Mountains, 30 miles north of Seattle and 15 minutes from Puget Sound. The Seattle area is well known for its green philosophy and eco-friendly lifestyle, while maintaining its cutting-edge influence in fashion, music, and technology.

Our Fabrics

  • Organic Cotton:  Non-organic production of cotton requires the use of approximately ¼ pound of chemicals for every t-shirt made! Organic cotton is cotton grown without the use of pesticides, chemical fertilizers, or other harmful additives, harvested from plants that are not genetically altered. Its growth is achieved by using biologically based growing methods combined with sustainable farming practices. In order to be labeled organic, the production of cotton fiber must strictly abide by the guidelines set by the United States Department of Agriculture National Organic Program.
  • Organic Hemp:  Organic hemp has historically been rough and somewhat unattractive, worn only by those less concerned with style. With growing focus on renewable and eco-friendly products, organic hemp has received greater notice by designers and manufacturers of clothing. It is often combined with silk, organic cotton, or other natural fibers to produce a much softer, more fluid fabric. Hemp is an exceptionally strong fiber, lightweight, and provides superior moisture absorption.
  • Soy:  Soy fiber is a byproduct of the production of tofu and other soy based products. Like bamboo, soy clothing has the look and feel of silk, but without the tendency to wrinkle. It is cooler than cotton or linen and has a fluid drape. Soy fabric has excellent moisture absorption and ventilation, allowing the moisture to quickly release into the air. Fabric shrinkage is very minimal and garments made of soy thread remain true to size over time. Soy clothes are easy to wash and are fast drying.
  • Bamboo:  Bamboo is a relatively new fabric created from an easily sustainable resource. The majority of bamboo fabric originates in Asia. Global interest in utilizing bamboo as a source of fabric is developing rapidly. Bamboo grows quickly and can produce a harvestable crop within 3 years. Its impact on the environment is minimal. While there are no standards for the organic certification of bamboo, they are being developed and organic bamboo should be available in the near future.Bamboo is naturally antimicrobial, meaning it is generally pest and pathogen free without the use of harmful chemicals. Bamboo clothing provides a natural bacteria barrier, wicking away moisture and releasing it rapidly into the air. It is cooler than cotton to wear and is very wrinkle resistant. Bamboo clothes are surprisingly soft and luxurious. The feel of the fabric is similar to silk and it drapes beautifully for a natural and flattering look.
